Purchasing Executive

• Source of good-quality materials and services at a competitive price.
• To manage and develop new / existing suppliers in professional relationship.
• Maintaining and ensure the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation in system are updated.
• Dealing with supplier to follow up stock return, credit note, quotation and delivery.
• To match and verify supplier invoices/delivery orders against submission of all invoices.
• To performed general admin supports such as filling.
• Others task as and when assign by superior.
• Analysis the supply and demand trend
• Generate sales and inventory report to monitor inventory closely.
• Reporting to the Sourcing and Purchasing Manager.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Purchasing/Inventory/Business Administration.
• Computer literate must be well conversant with MS Excel and Word.
• Positive attitude, committed to the job, analytical with strong critical thinking, responsible, results-oriented, possess strong interpersonal skill and a team player.
• Mandarin speaking added as advantage.
• Preferably immediate join to work or with short notice period.
