Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Source for quotations, negotiate prices, prepare purchase order, monitor deliveries updates outstanding report and close purchase orders.
• Timely submission of matching PO/INV/DO to accounting for SST declaration and smooth the payment process.
• Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in the purchasing duties.
• To work closely with all other cross-functional department i.e. production, warehouse, customer services & etc to ensure smooth execution till product delivery.
• To communicates requirement and delivery schedules to suppliers & forwarding agent or transporter.
• Assist in ISO annual performance review and evaluation supplier's performance.
• Maintaining a filling system, in the purchase department and updating appropriate records when required.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Liaise with relevant department to ensuring inventory levels are managed within target levels.
• To perform other related tasks as and when may be assigned by the division head from time to time

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a diploma, bachelor degree in business administration/ economics or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related fields, preferably from manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external parties
• Good in planning and problem solving, able to work under stress in a fast paced environment
• Required language(s) : English , Bahasa Malaysia , added advantage with Mandarin.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
