THE JOB

Own our CMMS as system administrator (70%), and keep our ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management system running (30%).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

🔧 Computerized Maintenance Management System

* Run the system — user accounts, asset & spare-parts data, PM schedules

* Keep the data clean (this makes or breaks a CMMS)

* Train technicians & engineers, and be the go-to person

* Build simple reports — work orders, backlog, PM compliance

* Deal with the vendor on issues & upgrades

📋 ISO (we're already certified — maintenance, not a from-scratch build)

* Maintain controlled documents & records

* Coordinate internal audits chase corrective actions to close-out

* Support surveillance & recertification audits, management review

* Occasional site travel for training or audit support

WHAT WE NEED

* Diploma or Degree in ANY field — engineering not required

* Picks up new software fast

* Solid Excel — pivots, lookups, cleaning messy data

* Clear written English

* A patient trainer

* Organised, and follows through

No coding required — you'll administer the CMMS, not build it.

⭐ Nice to have: CMMS exposure · ISO internal auditor training · maintenance or plant environment · BM for site training
