We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Social Media Specialist. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations efficiently while also having a knack for creating engaging content for our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement creative strategies to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of video editing.
• A creative mindset with a passion for creating compelling content.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
