We're hiring Receptionist based in Lembah Subang, Petaling Jaya!

Job Details:

Position: Receptionist

Company Industry: Transportation

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable/Conversion based on performance)

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Presentable
• Able to communicate in English and Malay

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure to greet visitors and helping them with any related matters.
• Handle incoming telephone calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Provide a courteous reception to the walk-in visitors and guests
• Reporting to the Head of Unit,
• Overall unit's administration, documentation and records well being,
• Assist unit's PM & CW tasks and work scheduler,
• Units administrative coordinator,
• Enforcing Safety and Health and Security measures in tasks.
• Coordinating works for high value asset, huge numbers, numbers of contractors and contracts and wide-spread locations with huge numbers of documentations
