Penerangan Pekerjaan - Administrative Clerk Finance

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing support in various administrative tasks, with a focus on licensing, revenue identification, credit card management, and ad-hoc assignments. Responsibilities: -Licensing Unlocking: -Process licensing unlocking requests, including ARR (Automatic Renewal Revenue), managing multiple accounts, and facilitating split payments as required. -Revenue Identification: -Assist in identifying revenue streams and forecasting revenue for a period exceeding 2 years. -Credit Card Renewal:

  • Update credit card renewals by maintaining a Monday list of expiries.
  • Ensure daily routine renewal of subscriptions.
  • Handle canceled unpaid subscriptions and manage triggered trial unsuccessful payment notifications.
-Credit Card Matters:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding credit card matters.
  • Process requests such as invoice generation, termination, charges, card updates, and refunds accurately.
-Ad-hoc Tasks: -Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support departmental objectives. [Apply now at

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/ STPM holder
  • Previous experience in an administrative clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
