Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad as a work-from-home employee based in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks to support our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members. 2. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and calls, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external distribution. 5. Conduct research and gather information to support team projects and initiatives. 6. Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other organizational tools. 7. Provide general administrative support such as filing, organizing, and managing office supplies. 8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in using MS Office and other software applications. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Research skills and innovative thinking. - Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
