Job Description:
1. Legal Associate - Corporate & Commmercial
- Hybrid working mode (Work from home and work from office);
- Able to draft, review and attend to completion of various corporate and commercial agreements/documents including but not limited to share sale agreement, shareholders agreement, joint venture agreement, licensing agreement and etc; and
- Able to give legal advice on all matters relating to corporate and commercial matters and assisting clients with negotiations to conclude the transaction and etc. 2. Clerk
- To provide office administrative support in the day-to-day running of a department;
- To organise and manage correspondences, reports and appointments;
- To maintain proper records/filing of correspondences and documents; and
- To perform any other administrative/clerical work as and when required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Legal Associate - Corporate & Commmercial
- Must have PQE minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate & commercial practice;
- Excellent command in Bahasa Melayu and English (both spoken and written);
- Meticulous, proactive, efficient and diligent;
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work within tight timelines;
- Able to work independently with high degree of professionalism and integrity;
- Responsible, self-motivated and multitasking; and
- Must have own transport. 2. Clerk
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Meticulous, proactive, efficient and diligent;
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work within tight timelines;
- Able to work independently with high degree of professionalism and integrity; and
- Responsible, self-motivated and multitasking.
