Job Description:


Petron Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Office Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As the Online Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our virtual office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all online activities related to office management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain online communication channels for the office, including email, chat, and video conferencing platforms. 2. Coordinate and schedule online meetings, appointments, and events for the team. 3. Monitor and respond to online inquiries and requests from employees, clients, and partners. 4. Organize and maintain online files, documents, and databases in a secure and accessible manner. 5. Research and implement online office management tools and software to streamline workflows and increase productivity. 6. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate online projects and initiatives. 7. Ensure online security and data protection measures are in place to safeguard confidential information. 8. Provide online support and training to team members on office procedures and systems. 9. Generate online reports and analysis on office performance and efficiency for management review. 10. Stay up-to-date on online trends and best practices in office management to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in office management, with a focus on online operations. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in online office software such as Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools. 7. Resourceful and hardworking with a proactive approach to online office management. 8. Demonstrated soft skills in planning and negotiation. 9. Experience in virtual team management is a plus. 10. Knowledge of online security protocols and data protection regulations.
