Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is looking for a talented Online Operations Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering our products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online operations strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. 2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our online platforms, including website, mobile apps, and social media channels. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of online operations and make data-driven decisions. 4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless operation and customer experience. 5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Continuously improve online processes and workflows to enhance user experience and drive customer engagement. 7. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize online operations and maximize business opportunities. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in online operations and e-commerce to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in online operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing. 3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of managing online platforms and driving business growth. 6. Independent and passionate individual with a strong work ethic. 7. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 8. Research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
