Online Virtual Assistant

Job Description: Gamuda Berhad is currently seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Virtual Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang. As a full-time Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the Online Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the company's operations and ensuring smooth communication between various departments.

Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives - Coordinate virtual meetings and conferences, including setting up video calls and ensuring all participants are connected - Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and draft virtual correspondence on behalf of the team - Assist in managing virtual documents, databases, and files to ensure information is organized and easily accessible - Conduct online research and compile reports as required by the team - Provide virtual administrative support such as data entry, invoice processing, and other ad-hoc tasks - Collaborate with different departments to streamline virtual processes and improve efficiency

Requirements: - 4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Strong people management and communication skills to interact effectively with team members - Proficiency in virtual tools and software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
