Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Associate to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively.

Responsibilities: - Assist in coordinating and monitoring operational activities - Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes - Implement and maintain operational processes and procedures - Provide support to team members and management as needed - Handle any operational issues that may arise and find solutions promptly

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Resourceful and energetic with a proactive mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Self-motivated and detail-oriented
