Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Malaysia Airlines Berhad, you will be responsible for handling various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Kuala Lumpur, MY. The ideal candidate for this role is energetic, independent, and has strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency - Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Manage project timelines and deliverables - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a related field - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
