Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at Media Prima Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This position is suitable for someone at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Manage a team of operational staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business goals - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization - Resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the media industry - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Dedication and passion for driving operational excellence - Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
