Penerangan Pekerjaan - Personal Assistant

Job Description:


Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a full-time entry-level position, the Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our executives and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible. 3. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed for meetings and presentations. 5. Conduct research on various topics to support executive decision-making and project coordination. 6. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications and relationships effectively. 7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism at all times. 8. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office and support the executives in their daily tasks.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred. 2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. 5. Ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of attention to detail. 6. Resourceful and energetic, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. 7. Critical thinking and planning skills to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
