Remote Personal Assistant

Job description:

Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a Remote Personal Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing the executive's schedule and appointments - Handling correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive - Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations as needed - Making travel arrangements and coordinating logistics - Assisting with personal tasks such as errands or appointments - Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders - Providing administrative support as required

Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about supporting a busy executive - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience in remote work and virtual communication tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills and strategic planning abilities
