As economy changes and trend moves forward, we saw an opportunity to evolve from Window-based software to a Cloud Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) and the Cloud-Based HRMS software was successfully launched in Singapore in 2014. The company continued in its expansion and set foot into Malaysia, India, Hong Kong and Australia.

As of 2021, Info-Tech is serving more than 20,000 customers, manages more than 500,000 employees' payroll, and has a team of more than 300 employees.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Candidates are required to achieve monthly KPIs of daily inquiries, call quality, and operational standards.
  • Candidates must take the initiative to generate calls according to the leads given with clear and succinct product knowledge to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and promote business products.
  • Work closely with the team leader and sales department for appointment arrangements.
  • Handling administrative tasks that are assigned from time to time.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by your Management.

Ideal Profile

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in related field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated & independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, quick learner, and good team player.
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Able to speak both fluent English and Malay. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult customers.
  • Candidates MUST be able to start work immediately
