Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide sales and admin support functions to sales teams
• Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order
• Prepare Quotation, Delivery Order and Sales Invoice
• Handle ordering of products from suppliers
• Plan, monitor and co-ordinate with transporter to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Liaise with transporters and arrange orders
• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
• Prepare sales analysis report
• Assist sales team in collections and update report.
• To assist in any ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM
• Customer-centric, result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Willing to learn
