Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities. Keeping up to date with market trends and the latest news and blogs to ensure the TAP TAP Brand is at the forefront of Food & Beverages Industry development and reacting to changes in demand are key elements of this role.

• Maintain a good rapport with key stake holders both internal and external, target audience, Media, Vendors, Publishers and KOLs to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Create awareness of and develop TAP TAP Brand.
• Assist in Marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
• Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio.
• Work closely with in house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
• Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
• Produce creative content including videos and blogs posts.
• Run social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook
• Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
• Source and secure sponsorships.
• Liaise with designers, printers and organize photo shoots.
• Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus group.

• Priority setting – uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probe all fruitful sources for answers, can see hidden problems, is excellent at honest analysis, look beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or related field
• Proven working experience as Sales & Marketing Executive
• Knowledge and practical experience in Leadership, Marketing and Advertising is preferred
• Familiarity and interest in Industry’s latest trends, commercial awareness in newest trend on branding
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to details, creativity and writing skills and networking abilities
• Exposure to any Marketing Tools is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered as an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours
