Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Officer

Job Responsibility
  • To analyze sales data and identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • To prepare and then follows up on any sales quotations made for customers.
  • To handle customers enquiry by liaise with different departments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain information.
  • To prepare delivery schedule and arrange delivery to customer accordingly.
  • To prepare Invoice & Delivery Order
  • To prepare monthly closing report
Job Requirements
  • Possess any diploma/degree with minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Fresh Garduates are encourage to apply
  • Experience in sales & marketing operation would be advantage
  • Good communication and customer service oriented
  • Good written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
