Senior Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• To handle and identify customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on booking confirmation and monitoring of shipments.
• Proactive in communication with oversea business partners.
• Execute the daily customer service task; email/send pre-alert, update shipment schedules, prepare reports required, documentation/filing and billing and others.
• To identify and solve problems in a timely manner and find alternative solutions
• Relationship with Airlines / Ocean liners will be an added advantage.
• To liaise with Operation Team/ Airlines / Ocean liners.
• To carry out any duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
• To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Logistic / Transportation / Supply Chain / Maritime, other equivalent.
• Working experience in Logistics or Sea freight or Airfreight forwarding Sales / Sales Support / Customer Services required. However, fresh graduates with good academic results are encouraged to apply
• Posses the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Knowledge of MS Office for reporting and analysis.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
