Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Senior Manager, Rider Supply and provide strategic ideas to help achieve our rider supply goals in Malaysia. Your role will be all about strategies and implementation of rider supply initiatives across the whole country and you will be part of the awesome Logistics team at foodpanda.

• Lead the Rider Supply team within the Logistics and support driving our fleet growth in alignment with the country/organizational strategy

• Analyze data and track KPIs to improve Rider Supply - data is at the core of our business!

• Lead and execute projects within local and regional teams 

• Think of creative and strategic initiatives to attract riders to join the foodpanda rider fleet

• Find ways to optimize the rider's onboarding process on the platform and improve their experience

• Identify and implement strategies to bring inactive riders back on the platform (re-activation)

Potential projects:

• Define and own the incentives model to attract new riders or bring back inactive ones

• Optimize our demand and supply forecast model

• Launch new communication channel for a better conversion of rider applicants

Qualifications

• Someone who is both creative and has good data analytics skills

• Strong project management & stakeholder management skills

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or any related fields

• Experience in marketing, added plus if it is growth-related

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience with at least 2-3 years of work experience in high-growth startups or tech companies

• Prior experience as a people manager preferred

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Self-learner mentality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Hands-on when it comes to execution

• Willing to work with the team on the ground to get better insights

• Prior experience in start-up preferred
