Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Payroll and Billing Administrator

The Senior Payroll Consultant delivers efficient, effective and accurate invoicing, payroll and administrative functions to all individual customers based in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong during their entire lifecycle at the company and provides support and assistance to the Technical Team Leader in the delivery of the Service Delivery Teams objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all new customers are aware of payroll and invoicing processes.
  • Manage the collection of IPro time & attendance data and timely dispatch of invoices for all customers.
  • Administer accurate and timely processing of payroll for all customers.
  • Assist in the administration of additional payroll related functions including tax clearance, government benefit claiming and disbursement of non-payroll payments.
  • Ensure the Technical Team Leader is made aware of all processing errors.
  • Report all customer queries and issues to the Customer Relationship Manager for a timely response.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of the following:
i. All relevant employment legislation in each jurisdiction. ii. All in-house systems, tools and publications. iii. All customer preferences & processes.
  • Provide administration assistance relating to the IPro lifecycle, including contract creation, system set up and reporting requirements, either directly or as a support to the Customer Support Administrator.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested by Technical Team Leader.
  • Customer Service Management:
i. Always operate under the Customer is King philosophy. ii. Represent our brand in line with company vision and values, and always present in a professional manner. iii. Display a consistent desire to help or meet the service needs of both internal and external customers. Key Requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Payroll and administrative experience.
  • Proven high level attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume work with efficiency to tight timeframes.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills.
