Student Hostel Administrator

Afreen Global Management Services Kajang, Selangor welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above-stated position with the following specifications:

Responsibilities:

Assist in organising hostel administrative tasks.

Provide front-line services to hostel students and prospective students. 

Assist in the check-in and check-out processes.

Invoicing and collection from students.

Execute additional ad-hoc duties as directed by management. 

Skill Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

Proficient in speaking Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of other languages is an added value.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively.

Customer-oriented based.

Personalities requirement:

Great attention to detail and accuracy of work.

Reliable and high sense of urgency.

Passionate and motivated to go beyond.

Willing to learn, pro-active.

Flexible, open to learn and grow together.

Patient and caring towards young adults. 

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
