About The Team Talent Acquisition Center-International was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & deliveries across the world for different business units at TikTok outside China sustainably. Our mission is boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development. Responsibilities 1. Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies 2. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines 3. Discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment 4. Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer proces 5. Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results 6. Follow end-to-end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 1. 3 years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the hi-tech or internet industry 2. Strong data sense and able to identify and solve recruitment process issues through data 3. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills 4. Keen attention to detail and passion for providing a great experience for all our candidates. Preferred Qualifications 1. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability 2. Experience in building and executing recruiting processes is preferred 3. Optimistic and collaborative - we are looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey. It may also mean the opportunity to hire for a variety of roles for our business.
