🦴 Responsibilities:

▪️Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

▪️Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar

▪️Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and handle client inquiries with efficiency and courtesy

▪️Assist veterinarians with various tasks, including animal restraint, administering medication, and providing basic care

▪️Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area and throughout the clinic

▪️Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately

🦴 Qualifications:

▪️Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or similar environment preferred but not required

▪️Excellent communication and customer service skills

▪️Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

▪️Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments

▪️Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
