Position Overview

We seek a Virtual Personal Assistant (WFM) to provide critical administrative support to a distinguished Principal Training Consultant. This remote role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the backbone of day-to-day operations, you will manage tasks that range from crafting advanced PowerPoint presentations to handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Major Objectives

1. Administrative Excellence

- Within 30 days, take full ownership of administrative tasks, including invoicing, document management, and communication coordination. Reduce turnaround times for these tasks by 20% through optimizing processes.

2. Training Support and Coordination

- By the third month, enhance the preparation and delivery of training materials, utilizing advanced PowerPoint skills to create engaging and impactful presentations. Aim to improve audience engagement and comprehension by continuously refining presentation content and design based on feedback.

3. Schedule and Travel Management

- Develop a comprehensive system for managing the trainer's schedule and travel arrangements, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and a 15% reduction in travel costs through strategic planning and negotiations.

Candidate Profile

1. Demonstrates exceptional ability in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.

2. Exhibits superb written and verbal communication skills.

3. Shows high professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

4. Proven track record of performing administrative duties efficiently, preferably within an educational or training context.

5. Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.

Work Hours

Flexible; work will be based on agreed deliverables.

Compensation

- A retainer fee of RM1500 per month.
