Warehouse cum Logistic Assistant

Responsibilities: • Coordinate and work with the team for end-to-end warehouse process: - Stock handling, storing and order dispatching, logistics coordination and quality control on a timely basis

• Perform daily general and administrative duties
• Responsible for data entry and proper filing.
• Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately
• Receives, checks and verifies all inbound shipments.
• Communicates any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the team.
• Assist handles issues related to returned products.
• Assist handles the packing list / Delivery Order and Invoices for all product picked in the warehouse.
• Assist to makes arrangement for delivery with in-house delivery team and/or 3rd party logistic companies.
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Posses minimum SPM
• Computer literate in the use of MS Office
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Hardworking, honest with high level of integrity
• Can work independently, have team spirit
• Posses own transport
