Warehouse Operation Senior Manager

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead end-to-end multiple warehouse operations across multiple locations and 3PL to meet business objectives and industry best practices.
• Develop and execute tactical plan to manage and optimize warehouse operation efficiency, interplant transportation optimization, inventory management and accuracy and delivery quality & lead time warehouse performance.
• Identify, manage, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs - safety, Inventory accuracy, lead time, cost, quality, efficiency and effectiveness) to track warehouse operation success and foster continuous improvement.
• Manage new system and process to meet business goals and enhance operational capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate warehouse operation processes and support overall factory network.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and development within the warehouse operation, promoting best practices and systematic thinking.
• Provide leadership and direction to a warehouse operation professional, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to warehouse operation.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate, Professional Degree, in related discipline.
• At least 10 years of working experience , especially in a related warehouse operation management skill. Managing the operation team at the range of 100 employees.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including with senior management, 3PL, suppliers and internal stake-holders. Need to be results and people-oriented
• Numerically inclined with strong logical thinking, business acumen and driving continues improvement.
• Proven experience managing a team and a team player with well-developed leadership style and mature personality.
• Working knowledge in the SAP WM is preferred
• Ability to effectively present information to internal and external executive management.
• Able to work independently, Positive thinking, independent and able to work pressure to meet tight deadlines and KPI with continuous improvement.
