Area of Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the boat which include safely operate the vessel keeping passengers, crew and vessel from harm good communication with the relevant authorities, guests and crew members facilitate all paperwork necessary for the operation and adhering to all maritime regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide excellent leadership to the crew members and make strategic decisions.
2. To lead, plan and ensure all records are properly documented which may include daily activities in the boat, itineraries, safety checks, maintenance checks, onboard equipment, incidents, food and beverages, crew weekly working schedule, etc.
3. To keep up to date with any regulatory changes that may affect the vessel and its day-to-day operations.
4. To attend meetings in relation to administrative matters with other management and other relevant authorities.
5. To develop and implement policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operations of the vessel as well as to maintain a process guide (SOP) for all activities for this role.
6. To hold regular crew meetings to keep staff up to date on aspects of the yacht operation.
7. To monitor and review crew members' performance regularly and provide required guidance.
8. To handle and resolve operation issues in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.

1. To ensure the vessel complies with all local, national and international maritime laws which multiple regulations, ascertaining the correct permits, and keeping the vessel is up to date with relevant regulations.
2. To provide regular communication with the relevant authorities which include gaining permission to birth in various areas and ensuring they are permitted to moor up throughout a journey.
3. To complete and submit required paperwork to adhere to all of the maritime laws.

1. To prepare annual budget to ensure yacht operation is adequately represented as well as to control/monitor costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget.
2. To contribute to pricing decisions i.e. packages, discounts, etc. based on demand, supply, competition and cost.
3. To lead and coordinate any purchase orders for the vessel (administrative and operational) with cost control administration including raising purchase requisitions, distribute invoices, pricing negotiations and monitor day-to-day transactions with the Group Financial Services & Group Procurement.
4. To deal and work to resolve queries from the Group Financial Services & Group Procurement related to invoices and orders, taking the appropriate action and escalating as needed.

1. To operate the vessel in a manner, which is safe for both the vessel itself and the passengers onboard.
2. To oversee routine maintenance and inspections of the boat, servicing of boat and boat docking areas, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary. 3. To plan and execute all types of emergencies that may happen during a voyage by making sure that all safety equipment is checked and restocked regularly as well as to provide training to the crew team of all emergency routines.
4. To plan and implement multiple checks at all times to ensure the vessel is running smoothly which include checking the engines, waxing the exterior, checking onboard electrics, testing all onboard equipment as well as safety checks.
5. Responsible to assess whether or not the route will be safe in terms of water depth and weather conditions.

1. To plan the voyage based on the passengers needs and ensuring good service throughout the journey which include food, beverages, activities, etc.
2. To prepare the boat and ensure that all appropriate supplies, food, etc. are onboard prior to departure.
3. To provide excellent service to the passengers onboard which include arranging for activities and programs onboard.
