Account / Audit / Secretarial / Tax Assistant / Senior

Role Description

1. This is a full-time on-site role located in Taman Lembah Maju, WP. Kuala Lumpur (Nearby Pandan Indah, Ampang).
2. The individual will be responsible for tasks related to accounting, auditing, secretarial and tax for a wide variety of clients.
3. For assistant position, experience is not required. Training will be provided and employee will be supervised.
4. Some amount of travelling is involved but within Klang Valley and for short duration.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Business Studies / Administration / Management or Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA / MIA / MICPA.
2. Fresh graduates or those with part professional qualification are also encouraged to apply.
3. Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Knowledge in accounting software, Eg. SQL, Ezyledger, UBS, Quickbooks and etc.
4. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage.
5. Strong communication and written skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Candidate must be highly motivated with a good working attitude and hardworking.
7. Proactive and stamina to work under tight deadlines.
8. Passion to produce quality work.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Motivation to shoulder more responsibilities and grow. Must be able to deal and communicate with clients effectively and confidently.
11. Audit experience will be an added advantage.
