Beauty Advisor

We are partnering with a globally recognized luxury beauty brand.

They are looking for a customer-focused Beauty Advisor who can blend premium hospitality with consultative sales. In this role, you will move beyond standard retail transactions to deliver high-touch consultations, mini product demonstrations, and bespoke service that keeps clients returning.

What You’ll Do

1. Customer Engagement & Service Delivery
2. Serve as the primary welcoming face of the boutique, guiding walk-ins and VIP clients through an interactive, sensory shopping experience.
3. Offer personalized product demonstrations and express treatment rituals (e.g., skin consultations, sensory testing) to showcase ingredient efficacy.
4. Utilize the boutique’s CRM platform to build client profiles, track preferences, and cultivate repeat visits through regular outreach.
5. Sales & Commercial Growth
6. Drive boutique revenue and personal KPIs through consultative upselling and cross-category recommendations (skincare, bath & body, home fragrance).
7. Participate in seasonal campaign rollouts, product launches, and private in-store client masterclasses.
8. Handle cashiering, POS operations, and end-of-day sales reconciliations accurately.
9. Boutique Maintenance & Inventory
10. Ensure store visual merchandising complies with regional brand guidelines at all times.
11. Assist with back-of-house logistics, including unpacking shipments, stock takes, inventory replenishments, and tester hygiene.

Who You Are

1. Background: Prior front-facing experience in beauty retail, luxury fashion, hospitality, wellness/spa, or customer service.
2. Communication: Articulate, warm, and confident, able to build quick rapport with varied clientele.
3. Consultative Approach: Enjoys product storytelling, ingredient knowledge, and hands-on demonstrations over hard-selling.
4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating tablet-based clienteling apps, digital POS, and CRM software.
5. Mindset: Proactive team player with a high standard of personal grooming, positive energy, and sales drive.
