Clinic Assistant

Job Scope:

1. Responsible for all aspects of operations and patient care in clinic
2. Handling registration of patients, billing of patients
3. Handle customer’s requests and attend to their queries
4. Managing appointments and calls
5. Assistant doctor during procedure and patient consultation
6. Operate treatment equipment with care and professional
7. Ensure cleanliness of treatment equipment and stations
8. Stock inventory

Job Requirement:

1. (Age 18 – 32)
2. Minimum SPM
3. No past experience required
4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
5. Friendly, good attitude, hardworking, pleasant personality, punctual and trustworthy
6. Willing to learn actively & interest in beauty line
7. Well-groomed with an approachable character
8. Good communication skills and interest in customer service environment
9. Able to work in team and individual
10. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu (able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage)
11. Basic computer skills
