Senior Beauty Therapist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, positive and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in the beauty industry and enjoy helping clients look and feel their best. Whether you are experienced or new to the industry, we welcome individuals who are passionate, willing to learn and eager to grow with us.

🧴 Key Responsibilities

1. Provide professional beauty treatments and services to clients
2. Perform facial, skincare and other beauty treatments according to company standards
3. Conduct client consultations and understand their beauty needs
4. Recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs
5. Maintain good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
6. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and work areas are clean and well-maintained
7. Follow company SOPs and treatment procedures
8. Assist with daily salon operations and contribute to a positive team environment
9. Achieve personal and team sales targets

1. Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
2. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented
5. Able to work well independently and as part of a team
6. Previous experience in beauty, facial, slimming or machine treatments is an advantage
7. Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and passion

⏰ Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📌 Roster arrangement: One Saturday or Sunday off may be arranged per month, subject to customer appointments and business needs.
