Therapist

As a Beauty Therapist at OWNLAB Secret Skin Signature, you will be responsible for delivering professional facial and body treatments while ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, comfortable, and results-driven experience. You will perform treatments according to company SOPs, educate clients on proper aftercare, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatment Services

1. Perform professional facial and body treatments according to company SOPs.
2. Operate aesthetic machines safely and effectively after receiving training.
3. Assess customers' skin conditions before each treatment.
4. Adjust treatment protocols based on skin condition and customer needs.
5. Monitor customers' comfort throughout the treatment.

Customer Care

1. Welcome customers warmly and provide a professional treatment experience.
2. Explain treatment procedures and aftercare instructions clearly.
3. Answer customer enquiries regarding treatments and skincare.
4. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
5. Follow up with customers after treatments when required.

Hygiene & Safety

1. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organised, and sanitised at all times.
2. Sterilise tools and equipment before and after every treatment.
3. Follow all company hygiene, safety, and infection control procedures.
4. Report any machine malfunction or safety concerns immediately.
5. Product & Retail
6. Recommend suitable skincare products based on customers' skin conditions.
7. Educate customers on home skincare routines.
8. Support retail product sales without hard selling.

Teamwork

1. Work closely with consultants and customer service staff.
2. Assist teammates during busy periods.
3. Attend company training and meetings.
4. Continuously improve treatment knowledge and skills.
5. Daily Operations
6. Prepare treatment rooms before opening.
7. Ensure machines and equipment are functioning properly.
8. Maintain treatment records accurately.
9. Restock treatment supplies when necessary.
10. Complete opening and closing duties.

Requirements

1. Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Aesthetics (preferred).
2. Previous beauty therapist experience is an advantage.
3. Willing to learn aesthetic machines and advanced treatments.
4. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
5. Good communication and customer service skills.
6. Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
7. Able to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
