  • To attend to all sales inquiries and maintain records of potential buyers at the Sales Office.
  • To assist the sales administration department on post-sales matters to ensure completion of SPA signing, collection of the differential sum and payments.
  • Manage day-to-day operational and administrative matters that are required by the Manager.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, roadshows & project launches
  • Closely monitor for property transaction at booking stage
  • To perform marketing research and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must be hard-working, proactive & sales orientated
  • Possess own transport
  • Willing to outstation & oversea when required
  • Willing to on duty during weekends and public holiday
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic Salary + Competitive Commission Package
  • Prepare and monitor of project budgets and cash flow.
  • Involving in calling, checking tender documents, closing & evaluation of tenders including attending tender interviews, the recommendation for award and other related matters.
  • Attending site meetings and progress claim valuation.
  • Cost negotiation with suppliers/clients / consultants.
  • Compile, evaluate and update cost analysis & cost plan.
  • Formatting and preparing of progress claims.
  • To prepare Bills of Quantities, taking-off quantity, prepare a letter of Award and valuation of variation orders.
  • Responsible to prepare post-project budget, progress claims and final accounts.
  • To ensure documentations are in line with SOP.
  • Other related tasks as directed by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Civil Engineer, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field will be an added advantage.
  • Preferable Executives candidate specializing in Quantity Surveying.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, committed and good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, possess a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and systematic.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise site work.
  • Be responsible for the supervision of construction works in ensuring that all works are performed in accordance with standards and quality.
  • Organize, coordinate and supervise site operation works, ensuring timely completion and quality of works.
  • Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers & clients.
  • Project progress reporting, coordination of project meetings and resolving project issues.
  • To monitor contractors on work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification, and procedure.
  • Anyexperience ina high-rise building is add-advantage.

Requirement :

  • Candidates with Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma,*Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey, Architecture, or any equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s) : B. Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
  • Can speak in mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Salary is negotiable(depending on experience)
  • Monitoring & coordinate with the internal sales executive all documents submitted are complete in the system
  • Preparing a variety of internal documentation
  • Liaise with internal sales, Account department & admin department for documentation matters
  • Attend weekly meetings with the internal department.
  • Manage sales department weekly report or any report as per request.
  • Manage confidential documents, and property file management maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving
  • monitor company whatapps (pass contact of enquiry to SE/related department)


Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree in a related discipline, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Adequate negotiation skills, customer focus and result oriented.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a target-based environment.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Responsible in establish design criteria and review consultants designs and assist Project Manager to handling project planning, safety and quality system implementation.
  • To check and ensure that correct construction drawings are issued timely.
  • To follow up with local authorities to secure timely approvals in accordance to the project schedule.
  • Daily monitor on site operation/ progress and overseeing all structure, civil, architectural and assist Project Manager solving site issue(if any).
  • Independence, self-motivated and able to coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers & local authorities, etc.
  • To coordinate with project team in administering contractual matters such as variation order, extension of time & etc.
  • Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 4-5 years relevant experience in property development.
  • Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of planning software such as Microsoft / AutoCAD will be an advantage.
  • Must possess own transportation for outstation projects and must be willing to travel.
  • Good command of English, Malay & Mandarin both written and spoken.
  • Report all site activities to the Project Manager
  • Communicate and cooperate closely with the Project Manager
  • Maintaining a good filing system for projects in charge. Follow up, keep track of the latest incoming documents/drawings, distribute to relevant personnel/departments, and keep records/files accordingly.
  • Self-motivated and able to liaise with authorities/consultants for approval/renewal of necessary documents within time frame given
  • Develop/maintain/update tracking list on outstanding matters/unresolved issues and follow up regularly until resolved.
  • To liaise with internal departments on issues related to Projects in charge.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering, construction management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in property development(developer).
  • Good working attitude, self-initiative, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, a strong sense of responsibility and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of planning software such as Microsoft / AutoCAD will be an advantage
  • Must possess own transportation for outstation projects (If any).
