Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibility
  • Assist and manage all aspects of the projects related design process, from concept to completion of works
  • Select and specify materials and finishes.
  • Manage project budgets and project timelines
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project complexion within schedule.
  • Attend regular site meetings and inspections.
  • Report on project status and take appropriate status to ensure project progress is on schedule and manage project report.
  • Work closely with design team, contractors, and sub-contractors on timely projects handover.
  • Handling office project meeting.
  • Able to understand client needs and good visual of the project time line.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture/IDâS or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Architecture & Construction.
  • Strong understanding of principles and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skill.
  • Basic Q.S. and BQ for scale project BQ
