Asst Resident Manager (Property Management)

• To assist Manager to oversee all of the Residential Area or Building Community including monitor outsourced Maintenance services and Security services .
• To assist Manager in organizing any meeting that related to JMB/MC.
• To lead Management Supervisor in performing they routine job scope.
• To assist superior on daily administrative work (prepare report, attend meeting).
• Responsible for all ad-hoc task that given by superior.
• Candidate must be willing to work according to the shift arranged.
• Candidate must be able to work under pressure and independently.
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in any field.
• Required Skill(s): computer literacy
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Property Management or equivalent.
