Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a BIM strategy that aligns with the companys objectives and project requirements.
Act as a key collaborator between the clients team, design team, contractor team, and supply chain to ensure cohesive project execution¹.
Oversee the production and management of project information models, ensuring they contain accurate 3D visualizations, data, drawings, and schedules.
Establish and maintain BIM standards and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects.
Provide training and support to project teams on BIM processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and integrate them into company practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Monitor the progress of BIM-related tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with BIM implementation and model accuracy.
Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Generate reports on BIM progress, performance, and compliance for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in architecture, construction, product design, civil engineering, or architectural technology.
Proven experience in BIM management within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to international projects.
Expertise in BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, MicroStation, or Autodesk Civil 3D.
Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor teams in BIM processes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
