Contract Executive / Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Assist the Team Leader to carry out pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Participate in tendering for new projects.
• Assist team leader manage and co-ordinate project related contractual matters.
• Assist team leader in quantity taking off, progress claims and sub-contractors' claims preparation and site valuation.
• Assist team leader to prepare and compile tender documents.
• Any other task which may be assigned from time to time by the superior and management.

Requirements:

• Welcome Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/construction management fresh graduate or SPM fresh graduate 
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
• Required technical skill(s): Microsoft Office. 
• Able to work independently and diligently.
