Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) is a joint venture between Jardine Matheson (est.1832) and Schindler Group(est.1874). JSG is specialized in design, engineer, install, maintain and modernize elevators, escalators and moving walkways in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Macau, Myanmar, Brunei and Cambodia. On average, 100 million people throughout the Asia Pacific regions will be transported by equipment supplied and maintained by JSG on any given day.

Join us as a

FEDP is a two-year structured program that aims to build and develop future technical leaders of the company. The FEDPs will rotate through various departments to acquire and develop technical skills and knowledge through on-the-job training. Coaching, mentoring and periodic development reviews and tests will ensure close monitoring and development. Upon successful completion of 24 months on-the-job development, you will undergo further development as part of our technical resource succession planning to become a technical expert or technical manager.

• A final year student or graduate with an engineering degree from well-known university (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background is preferred).
• 0 - 2 years of work experience.
• Passionate to work in Elevator and Escalator industry.
• Minimum CGPA 2.5 and above.
• Good command in English.
• Problem solving, can-do attitude, self-motivated.
• Self-reflective, open to take feedback and learn from experience.
• Willingness to work at construction site and abroad.
• Able to work in Klang Valley
