Basic Salary: RM5,000 - 6,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (11:30AM - 8:30PM)
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum aligned with educational standards and industry trends.
- Teacher Training and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor instructors to ensure instructional quality and consistency.
- Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including class scheduling, student assessment, and resource allocation.
- Parent and Student Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and students by providing regular updates on program activities and student progress.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of the program.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other department heads and school management to integrate initiatives across the curriculum.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective program delivery.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of teachers and staff, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.
- Event Coordination: Organize events, workshops, and seminars to promote the program within the community.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in education and disciplines, implementing innovative strategies to enhance program quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, or relevant disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and educational leadership, preferably in a tuition centre or school setting.
- Strong understanding of education principles and practices.
- Experience in teacher training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Exceptional organizational and managerial skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
