Basic Salary: RM5,000 - 6,000

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (11:30AM - 8:30PM)

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum aligned with educational standards and industry trends.
• Teacher Training and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor instructors to ensure instructional quality and consistency.
• Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, including class scheduling, student assessment, and resource allocation.
• Parent and Student Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents and students by providing regular updates on program activities and student progress.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of the program.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other department heads and school management to integrate initiatives across the curriculum.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective program delivery.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations of teachers and staff, providing constructive feedback and support for professional growth.
• Event Coordination: Organize events, workshops, and seminars to promote the program within the community.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments in education and disciplines, implementing innovative strategies to enhance program quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or relevant disciplines. Master's degree preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and educational leadership, preferably in a tuition centre or school setting.
• Strong understanding of education principles and practices.
• Experience in teacher training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Exceptional organizational and managerial skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
