Job Description

The required position will support the M&E Manager and Project Manager and coordinate all M&E works. Candidates should be well versed in M&E systems, services drawings, specifications and related builders works, as well as various types of contractual terms, conditions and obligations. They shall support the site QS in the cost evaluation and analysis of M&E quotation and submission prices. 【Duties and Responsibilities:】
• To plan and coordinate M&E works for project site.
• To monitor the progress of M&E works ensure it is completed in accordance with the project requirements and budget, and that any issues or delays are identified and addressed promptly.
• To liaise / coordinate with the Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure the M&E works are carried out as per contract and authorities’ requirements.
• Prepare and conduct M&E meeting and update site progress report to head office.
• Support the site QS in all M&E contractual related activities.

Qualifications

Requirement

- Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of working experience in commercial construction related works
- Require Skill : Excellent knowledge of building service system – Mechanical ventilation (HVAC) is a MUST.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, M&E materials, and methods of construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in BIM 360 / Revit MEP will be and added advantage. Contact us:
