Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Family Office Solutions Executive at Cheng & Co Group in Kuala Lumpur.

The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as

• Manages in-house business operations and daily activities.
• Constructs fee-based financial plans for clients.
• Manages and monitors the progress of implementation of client's financial plan.
• Manages and improves the client relationship management (CRM) system.
• Manages and develops Business Succession Planning (BSP) and Family Office (FO) for high net-worth individuals and business owners.
• Manages and updates in-house compliance processes accordingly to internal standard operating procedure (SOP).

Qualifications

• Basic degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Intensive on-the-job training shall be provided to equip with the necessary knowledge and tools to perform the job superbly.
• Possess any of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Registered Financial Planner (RFP) or Islamic Financial Planner (IFP) accreditation or minimally passing Module 1 of CFP or RFP or IFP is an added advantage.
