DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

To coordinate, assist to manage, supervise and lead team at project sites.
To monitor the progress of the project and to ensure works are in compliance with site’s progressive requirement.
Maintain proper and accurate site records or documents in good order and system.
To educate workers and enforcing site safety practices and regulations.
To assist in supervision and minimize work-related accidents or injuries at site.
To coordinate with HR Department to evaluate site worker’s performance and manage disciplinary measure as required.
Able to read / analyzing blueprints / drawings / technical input etc to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
Assist in managing work site operation, recommend changes to the operations or procedures in order to increase productivity and efficiency.
To attend site meetings, take detailed notes / minutes and follow up and deliver reports.
To perform any other ad-hoc tasks related to project coordinator to be assigned by the Project Supervisor / Manager from time to time.
Site documentation based on site requirement:
Update daily, weekly & monthly progress report.
Preparing request for inspection & Information form.
Preparing PTW before start work.

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably applicant possess D or GDL driving license and CIDB license.
Have an experience at least one(1) years as a Project Coordinator.
Minimum education requirement: completion of secondary education or Diploma in construction management, or electrical and mechanical engineering, or related fieled is preferred.
Proven experience working at project / construction sites.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
