Senior Project Coordinator (3.5-4.5k + petrol claims + allowance + KPI reward)

Hiring for Junior & Senior Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking for a Junior & Senior Project Coordinator to assist Project Director in our project sites. This role will play a crucial part in our project build and renovation processes, contributing to the smooth operations at daily office and project sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to:

• Communicate with our contractors to liaise the project schedule and for the goods purchase/delivery/site progress.
• Required to go on outdoor duties such as taking site photos, tracking and report of site renovation progress.
• Flexible working environment as you will be required to work in office whenever needed for paperwork and outdoor during site visits.
• On the Job Training will be provided to guide you through your responsibilities.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and duties assigned as required, your duties will vary with your experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification required SPM/STPM or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related working experience required.
• Have hands-on technical knowledge related to site/construction works.
• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, etc).
• Basic communication skills in Mandarin is required to communicate with our contractors and suppliers.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Communication skills, responsible and outgoing.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Petrol claims will be provided for any outdoor responsibilities.

Working hours & location:

• 5 working days + Saturday to standby on call.
