Job Description

Swis Resources Sdn Bhd is an electrical services company that provides engineering solutions for the transmission and distribution networks in the power ecosystem.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting the Head of Operations to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project sites.
• Implementing all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.
• Fulfilling the company’s contractual obligation to the clients.
• Planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling project operations.
• Ensuring that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring subcontractors’ activities at project sites.
• Maintaining good housekeeping and implementing safety practices.
• Ensuring that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
• Reviewing and monitoring site work productivity and arranging for resources as required.
• Ensuring that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used. Results of such to conform to specifications.
• Submitting sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.
• Preparing and submitting pre-qualification, tender bids, and quotations
• Ensuring that all works carried out by subcontractors are in accordance with the requirements of the main contract and subcontracts.
• Monitoring amendments and changes to the scope of work and conditions of contract, variation orders, and extension of time.
• Preparing and submitting progress claims and final accounts to clients.
• Evaluating progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.
• Responding to project progress to top management.
• Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Ideal Profile

Skills required:

• You have at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in a similar role within TNB Projects
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You have the ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• You have excellent project management and supervision skills.
