Project Maintenance Supervisor

• To assist on the day-to-day maintenance scheduling, planning, supervision and operation requirement of the worksite
• Able to ensure that all building maintenance/repair/replacement works are carried out within acceptable standard of workmanship
• Able to attend to urgent complaints and carry out maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of M&E Services
• Able to attend to enquiries, feedbacks and/or complaints of breakdown and service requests
• Oversee the preparation of the equipment for outgoing project and ensure the returned equipment from project site are in good condition
• Conduct defects investigation and identification
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor/ Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum CGE O Level / Nitec in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Technology / Facility Management
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Meticulous, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment

Most of our projects are PPVC, and we are currently building the worlds tallest PPVC project - the Avenue South Residence. This project is 56 storeys tall and consists of 3,034 modules. All 3,034 modules were installed after the circuit breaker and completed in 20 months.
