An expanding property developer is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join the team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Oversee all construction projects from initial stage to completion stage, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultant, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the construction process.
• Manage project documentation accurately, including contracts, change orders, progress reports and etc.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the property construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing commercial and residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
