Job Description : 

• Involve in tender submission including preparation of cost estimation and budget management based on architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents .
• Preparation progress certificate based on their completion of work on site.
• Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Responsible, self motivated and indepedent.
• Candidate must at least Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Building Construction or any other relevant qualifications.
• Skilled in software such as Microsoft Office and Auto-Cad.
• Good in measurement / taking off.
